I just wanted to give a shout out to Brian and the customer service he provides. I've been having problems with intermittent noise and distortion in the past few months, and Brian has been very helpful (and VERY patient) helping me work through what's going on. It's not fully fixed yet, but I'm close, and Brain has been awesome to work with. This on a 6 year old pair of RM40's, simply outstanding.
