Dress plates came in today so the CD Player will be on the way to the Montreal show on Monday.

It is hard set now but we are thinking of adding a GUI at some point which would allow you to switch.

Yes the 'official' show was cancelled but the people who use to run the show decided to give it a go and see how it turns out. So we have a much smaller room and are just going to set up a simple system with Mini T's or Mini A's.

I assume the remote will work and I think the display can be set to stay on or not through the software.

Any infor on the transport mechanism from engineering? I am interest to know which Sony model it is.

Also, are you going to use a larger VFL display like the one on the BDP-1/2?

CD only - SACD requires a different type of drive and clocking. We wanted this CD player to be optimized for Redbook CD.

James since the BCD3 uses the DAC from the BDA3 would this be an upgrade to use the BCD3 as a standalone and not use my BDA1 in the chain to my BP26 ????
