Now to be fair I haven't allowed the Belkin cable to settle. Bought new from Amazon $15 (but $65 reg.). I will use it for cable box duties into my sound bar normally.

Bdp to Bda2 via BNC (Radio Shack adapters).  These two cables represent imo the two polar opposites in value including price.

This can be summoned up shortly. If you like your music bottled up, drained and laying dead on the floor - pick the Belkin.

If you want to hear what the BDA-BDP can do in terms of prat, and musical enjoyment -pick the Atlas.

That's it!

Couldn't agree more Werd, I tried many cables over the years with my Bryston rig, some offered more detail, were more up front, but I always went back to Atlas cables, they just get out of the way and let the music flow, making the system sound more natural.

Highly recommend the AES/EBU Atlas Mavros cable to go from the BDP-BDA.
