Title: Josh's Rythmik 15" dual 15" passive servo sub
Post by: jsalk on 26 Oct 2009, 05:57 pm
Josh wanted a 15" Rythmik sub with dual 15" passives in African bubinga.  Not a problem we said.  And here it is...

The sub features 1 1/2" walls, a down-firing 15" driver, two 15" passives and a Rythmik servo plate amp.  The cabinet is 28" tall, 20" wide and 20" deep and weighs in at a solid 140 pounds.

This is being shipped with four SongTower QWT's and a SongCenter in matching bubinga.  Also in the mix will be a pair of HT2-TL's in curly walnut with claro walnut front baffles.  I'll try and take pictures of the HT2-TL's later today.

Jim,

Absolutely gorgeous and a nice design by Brian Ding as well. Should put out lots of SPL that is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN.

Amazing!  Job well done, Jim.

Do you mind me asking what a standard non-custom veneered version of this subwoofer would cost?  Ever since hearing a 15" dual passive a year back I haven't been able to get the sound out of my mind.  Just curious...

Wow! It's just gorgeous, and I can't wait to get it home. I'm going to have to eat some Wheaties this week in preparation. The veneer is just gorgeous, one of my favorites. I'm really looking forward to seeing the HT2-TL's.

Now I have to hurry off and get a subwoofer cable here from Blue Jeans, stat!

C'mon guys you gotta admit that was funny

I promise you guys a picture of me in 2 weeks kissing  a pair of HT3's that sound as good as they look.

It's all in good fun, you have to be able to make fun of yourself once in a while. I do it all the time.
