Ron has the X5 in house, he seems excited! I'll add his listening sessions, comparisons and review videos to this thread when available. In this initial video he has some first impressions.

Anyone know what the rest of his system is in the demos?  I don’t see it listed...maybe I missed it?

I’ve owned dozens of speakers. My X3s are keepers unless Clayton comes up with something substantially better. If I were Clayton, I’d raise prices by 50%. Buy them now!!!

I spoke with Clayton yesterday. He said 4-6 weeks.


I ordered a pair of the X5's and will use them with the LTA Z10 integrated. One nice thing about them is that the heavy lifting for the bass driver is done by a built-in Hypex amp. It basically makes it bi-amped, without all the extra cables etc..
