Hi, I am having a recent issue with my BDA-3 not appearing to be playing nice with a Nvidia Shield App. It's a 2 channel system I use to both listen to music and watch video's /Hockey. My video source is a Nvidia Shield connected to the BDA-3 on HDMI input 4. The BDA-3 HDMI output is connected to my Samsung TV . When I am watching hockey via the Canadian Bell Media Android application "TSN" installed on the SHIELD I am experiencing intermittent buffering (could also be loss of sync) of both audio and video. This only happens with the TSN application. Thus far I have tried rebooting the TV, DAC, and SHIELD. I have also swapped out the HDMI cable between the SHIELD and the BDA-3. I have an similar setup in my basement home theatre, (same model of SHIELD and TV) but i am using an Anthem AVM-60 Pre-Pro (internal DAC) and experience no buffering. I also experience no buffering when I bypass the BDA-3 and plug the Shield directly into the TV. Again it is only while using the TSN app where i experience the buffering, I also watch hockey via the "Sportsnet" App and experience no buffering. Same is true for remotely streaming via Prime, Netflix, or from remote Plex servers. I am guessing an HDMI sync issue between the BDA and the SHIELD which will likely be difficult to diagnose . I have checked the F/W on the BDA and it appears to be the latest, same holds true for the F/W on the SHIELD and the TSN app is up to date. I will try swapping out the SHIELD with the basement unit and see if the issue persists. Any comments or insight would be appreciated.
