Room Description

Split level house, listening room has about 15' ceilings, opens into dining room and upstairs on one side, sound absorption on other side... 2 large bass traps front corners, listening is done nearfield to minimize room effects.

Acoustic Treatment

2 large fiberglass tubular bass traps. 1 large thick foam/heavy fabric absorber.

Listening Impressions

Fast and clear, realistic tone on both horn and string instruments. Precise imaging and soundstage portrays what is in the recording accurately. Speakers will completely disappear with a decent recording. Sony music server has made a massive difference, great source!
