How do we contact Bryston for service outside North America

I am truly puzzled.
I asked for help some months ago about an issue and this nice forum gave me the pointers I needed, thank you.
I have realized since then that I have an actual problem with my Bryston system, by that I mean I don't know if is preamp or power amp.

I've done some diagnosing as far as I can without spares and reached a point I needed to actually look at my options in or out of warranty.
I am in England. I sent emails to bryston as per email address from the manuals. No replies.
I have seen from the website to contact pmc as the distributor but there are no phone numbers, just a loop of forms to bryston.co.uk that don't allow a person to contact a human being.

I am a home user/customer not a studio. How are we suppossed to get after sales service?

Hi

PMC is the distributor in the UK so contact the dealer you purchased the product from or a PMC/Bryston dealer and they should be able to help.

One more thing. I would have thought emails to bryston  could be replied to. I hope they are. Otherwise there's little point in appearing to provide as point of contact.

Whom were you sending the emails too?
We are closed down due to COVID (again) so there is a backlog

Wouldn't it help if in such cases of shut down due to covid all email adresses were configured to send absence notes telling why no or delayed answers must be expected?

I meant that Bryston could send automatic absence notes explaining why emails might not be answered or answers might be delayed. This way people would not need to ask here in audiocircle why they do not get replies. I read this now in more than one post.
