I am truly puzzled.
I asked for help some months ago about an issue and this nice forum gave me the pointers I needed, thank you.
I have realized since then that I have an actual problem with my Bryston system, by that I mean I don't know if is preamp or power amp.
I've done some diagnosing as far as I can without spares and reached a point I needed to actually look at my options in or out of warranty.
I am in England. I sent emails to bryston as per email address from the manuals. No replies.
I have seen from the website to contact pmc as the distributor but there are no phone numbers, just a loop of forms to bryston.co.uk that don't allow a person to contact a human being.
I am a home user/customer not a studio. How are we suppossed to get after sales service?
