The last version of this great preamp.

  It is in excellent condition and the pick of Arthur Salvatore who said about this preamp "Bottom Line If I was on "a strict budget" for a preamplifier, and with the choice of ANY model ever made, the C-7 (modified) would be my first choice.

This unit even has the original tubes in good condition. Manual and Schematic included.  Will not separate.

Dude, I used to have one of those.  Remember it with great affection.  I just don't need another pre.  Almost wish I did.

You are right that they are great units.  It was actually rated higher than the CJ and Audio Research units of the day.  It is also currently rated higher by Arthur Salvatore than those units.

Do I remember correctly . . they have dual volume controls?
