Does Selah offer HT packages?  There's a picture onthe website that implies it, but I can't find any info.  Rick, do you make dipole surrounds?

Yes, I do HT packages all the time but I only make monopole surrounds. Many of these aren't on the site because they were custom kit designs to fit particular situations (size/space limitations, matching existing speakers,etc.).
