Here is some background on the new Purifi brand https://purifi-audio.com/about/  I was impressed enough to buy one of their new amplifiers.  Bruno needs no introduction but I'm also a huge fan of Lars Risbo who designed the Texas Instrument Equibit amp and am still using a Panasonic unit for home theater.

Test Cab as the Purifi woofer was the same size as the woofer used in the JB Tribute.  I don't believe the other drivers are connected.

That BZ Audio tweeter is very interesting.  Looks like ribbons, but it turns out to be much more rigid in material and structure as can be seen by their demo with 100 gram weight placed on the ribbon element. 
What worries me is the diaphragm looks to be much heavier than traditional ribbons (no weight info given), and this likely explains the relatively low 91dB sensitivity relative to other ribbons.  Would love to listen to this tweeter to see if it can match traditional ribbons' airiness and delicacy.  I do suspect much more power handling and robustness of sound

My speakers are Ceramicas which are a three way with smaller Raal. A two way could be done with Raal and Selah has two way Raals in the past.  We will just have to wait and see what happens.

Yes, higher mass but also increased stiffness and support of the ribbon / planar element lowers the distortion and increases the low end bandwidth. The mass is still low enough to have good frequency extension beyond 20K. Ribbon sensitivity figures can be misleading with some having a very steep rising response. In order to flatten out the curve you can lose quite a bit of sensitivity.
