Rather than specs measured at the factory I often measure them myself, or burn them in and measure them. Differences will be very subtle and won't effect the performance in any way. The servo system will take control of the driver and have it track the input signal. So modeling the response of the driver based on the T/S parameters won't show you what the driver will really do. And you can virtually change the electrical parameters on the fly.
