Jim Brown - RIP

without question one of the greatest to ever play the game. While his career was only 9 seasons he NEVER missed a game. With a 5.2 yds per carry avg, a true stud !! and when he crossed the goal line, he dropped the ball, not like todays clown shows.

He was vehemently opposed to running out of bounds.  He felt you had to get every single yard possible, that was your duty as a running back. With the size, speed, and strength of defenders increasing through the years having the running back available and injury free has become more important than a few extra yards, but you gotta love the attitude.  For the younger members here who didn't see him play, you missed a legend.  RIP Jim Brown, the Goat.

Yeah but it's a little different when you're stronger than your competition. All of today's players are pretty buff and they all work out year round unlike when JB came into the league.
