hello frank, i have dodd audio tube preamp with an output impedance of <200 ohms, will this be a problem mating with your ss or hybrid amps?

No problem, the hybrid Fet Valve Ultra amplfiers have an input impedance of one meg ohm so they are an absolutely easy load for any preamp of any type, size, or design (although ours work best  - - -  crass commercial statement).

To answer the other part of the question, the OmegaStar amps should work fine with your preamp too. I have an old Jensen's (AVA) Super PAS and it has no problem driving my OmegaStar amp.
