Question about a 2BLP
« on: 24 Oct 2020, 11:59 am »
Good morning,Mr Tanner🤪
I have a question about a Bryston 2B LP amplifier that I am using to power a pair of speakers whose specifications are:
8/6 ohm ,90 DB efficiency.
I noticed that after about an hour and a moderate volume the amplifier tends to get quite warm. Will any harm be done if I was to keep it on for most of the day?

Hi

There are thermal sensors built into the channels so if they get too hot they would shut down before any harm is done.
