Technics EPC 450c II Semiconductor Phono Cartridge w/ Panasonic SE-405 Demodulator

This cartridge and demodular/phono stage ( which also supports MM carts) came with a tonearm I purchased a while ago. I ended up mounting a Goldring 1042 upon arrival and set these pieces aside with a bunch of other carts , thinking that I'd get to use it at some later date. Good intentions with poor follow through - and... so here we are.

This combo may serve as a gateway drug before you drop $8500 - $13000  on a Soundsmith "strain gauge" system.
