Koss Electrostatic repair -- email address needed

I have an old Koss ESP/950 electrostatic headphone in need of repair (cackling noise). Although or perhaps because of a lifetime warranty Koss offered on this can, the repair service listed on their website does not answer emails.

Does anyone have a better address or good advice to offer?

Did you try customersupport-intl@koss.com or ++41-91-641.61.20? If that didn't work, Koss' headquarters is local to me. I'll call them in the morning and see if I can get you some help.

Hello KJ,

thank you very much for your most helpful response. I immediately copied our correspondence plus my original mail to Koss customersupport-intl to the address you gave.

If they don't reply I'll phone them. I guess this will solve the prohlem.
