... Wow what happened to the one in Van? ( Hi Fi Center )  Very let down  because I thought we had a dealr here in  Vancouver  It didn't realize until today that things had changed  .Thanks .

Yes it always difficult when things do not work out with a previous dealer but Ayreborn has been a very supportive dealer.

I bought my BDA-3 DAC from Hi Fi Centre last year, mainly because of my nearly 20 year relationship with one of their sales people who had previously worked at the defunct Sound Plus.
Always extremely patient and helpful. He let me take their demo DAC home for a test. That alone earned them my business.

But if the circumstances had been different I would not have hesitated to deal with Brian at Ayreborn.
Nothing but good things to say about them.

It was Raymond I dealt with primarily, but did buy my Transparent speaker cables from Dennis when he worked at Commercial Electronics on Burrard

 Oh my,  just looked at where that new dealer is  in Surrey B.C. It seems it's way out in the country side....will probably never go there unless it's an emergency . I was hoping it would be in a mall  ...LOL  But  I'm glad we have a dealer even it's not in  Vancouver as such.... It was great having an outlet downtown but  I guess some politics intervened... Going to ask them what their issue was ...

 Hey folks good news for me at least. Talked to  Yanna Audio in West Van this morning.( much closer to me). They said they are a full Bryston dealer ... So glad to be spared a much longer trip to the country side . ( Surrey)
