I own both a 100sst and a 60sst ... the 100 has the DAC option but the 60 does not ... I think I would like to have the DAC in the 60 to use in a computer based audio system at the office.  Is the DAC card able to be removed from the 100 and installed in the 60??  Would it have to go to the factory for the change or is it something I could do on my own???

Hi Jeff,

No sorry it is not possible to put the B100 digital card in the B60.

bummer but not all that surprising given the smaller design of the 60  ... how much is the DAC card option for the 60sst???  also how much is the phono option on the 60???

$1200 for the DAC and $500 for the MM Phono.
