Anyone have a saw I could use?

Need to cut a bunch of boards and I have no saw and no place to put one if I bought one.... I'm hoping there's someone around that would be willing to help me out with my little project :-)

What kind of saw are you looking for? I have a nice cordless skillsaw if that will help you at all!

Tyson,

I have a decent circular saw with a few different blades for different material.

I also just picked up a Makita power mitre box, it that would help.

E-mail me or call me to see if we can find a time to hook up.

Tyson,

I have a pretty fair collection of woodworking tools. Various saws, planer, jointer, router, sanders and such. I'd be happy to give you a hand if you like.

Pete - it's a long drive to Charlie's house, he lives in CA. :D

What are you talking about? It's a long drive to Charlie's house. Hells bells it only takes me a few minutes to get home from my local watering hole!

    Cheers

According to mapquest it's 1267 miles from here. A little different from Pete's house, maybe only 1250 or so. :D Now, from here to a good watering hole is only a few minutes as well.

Wow, thanks for all the offers, definitely appreciated!  Wayne's going to bring over a saw for me to do the cutting with.

I'm basically building out the rest of the wood "deck" for our balcony, and once that is done, the wife has given the OK to start making acoustic panels to put up throughout my main listening room!  Needless to say I am "very" motivated to get the deck done :-)

Slap one of these on Wayne's Makita and you'll be set!

Tyson,

If he's got a rafter square ask to borrow it as well. It makes square cuts on deck boards quick and easy.

Damn, that is one 'spensive blade. Granted a good blade makes a big difference but $110 is pretty steep. :o
