Title: Secrets of Home Theater reviews our HT8
Post by: RAW on 7 Nov 2006, 01:29 am
This was a the demo pair of HT8 we had at the RMAF in Denver for the show.
Thanks to Rick for getting a review and packing them up and making the time frame so we could have them at RMAF in Denver.

He made a typo:

"Bass is handled by two 6.5" JBL woofers"

Uhhh, not quite. ;-)

Congrats on the good review.  You should tell him to change that typo.

It is a bit strange that he didn't mention particulars about the drivers, yet he spends time talking about the spikes.  Very strange way to review a speaker!  The wide-range nature of the mid and the long throw xbl^2 nature of the bass are unique and notable.

Yes Igot that but we were not sent a pre release of the review. So we wait a few days for the edit.

As well the center to match isthe Apex C which we do have as well.
Yes the spikes changed the way they sounded so much it left him stunned.
