When I came across this little gem it reminded me of an individual I knew many years ago. In his infinite wisdom, he decided that it would be a great idea to purchase a vacuum cleaner for his wife as a Christmas gift. Over the holidays, Lady Laundrew received a phone call from his irate wife telling her what "Ralph" (not his real name) had done. "Ralph" being a frugal individual had purchased a used vacuum cleaner from a local army surplus store - but wait it gets better as he just placed it by the Christmas tree unwrapped and also neglected to clean the dirty bag out
