Issues with Nuforce BTR-100
« on: 14 Feb 2014, 10:00 am »
Hi

I got this bluetooth receiver few weeks ago and I'm having some problems with audio playback. Sometimes the music gets chopped like a CD-player when it skips if you know what I mean.

Is this normal? My phone is 3 meters from the receiver.

I usually stream the music through Wimp. Issue is still there if I use offline mode.

I also tried switching out the toslink cable but that does not work either.

My setup is:
Galaxy Note 3 > Bluetooth to Nuforce BTR > Toslink to Stereo system.

I read somewhere that Bluetooth and WIFI can interfere with each other because both uses same radio frequency (2.4Ghz) but I'm not sure if this is the case since it still happends when I use my offline playlist.

Edit: I think I solved this issue by disable "Auto Sync" on my phone. I also moved the receiver to a higher point so that less obstacle interfere.

Listen through a whole album without skips :)

Good to know that turning off "autosync" seemed to work.

Is Nuforce BTR-100 using Bluetooth V4.0?
