Hello all. I am a long time Bryston owner.  I love the brand.

All of a sudden it just wouldn't allow access. Usb HD works fine. I Have a picture of the error code that I will post when I get to 3 posts

Are you current on your software updates for your BDP-2?  Have you try the old fashioned shut it down and restart it?

#1) Unplug it
#2) Reflash the current firmware
#3) Log out of your Tidal account, and log back in.

Probably a handshake issue.

I have tried all that several times and no luck.

I also sent several messages to Bryston with no response. Called but they don't answer the phone. I have had great service from them in the past but it seems that they may have gone the way of the covid like most other companies. Too bad 😔

The only thing I can think of is we have a new webmaster and some of the links seem to be problematic.

If i can redirect from here I certainly will and our Facebook page is a good place to get in touch as well.

How about phone calls? Nothing to do with the internet. Can you clarify the correct phone number(s) people should be using to contact customer service?
