Castanet

I put together a P2P Castanet yesterday (Sunday). Apart from a smidgen hum which I expected due to my layout it sounds quite good. I used junkbox parts in general and motoruns for the shunt feed caps.
I dare say with a bit more care on my part this would be quite an impressive linestage. The little gain that it has is just about perfect. I am not a headphone junkie and have a pair of cheap Senn's but they sounded mighty nice :D. I built it mainly as a linestage and it shines there as well.
Just goes to show what modest parts can do when you have a good engineer behind them.
