Has anyone done business with Occam Audio or heard this speaker?  Can anyone also comment on the CSS SDX7 driver?

When Al at RAW acoustics was around, they started distributing the SDX drivers which look very cool and competitive at their prices. The drivers are made in Taiwan and the subwoofers are made in China with XBL technology as well. Looks very interesting.

I would ask the designer to provide you with more measurements of the MTM satellite design, especially off axis to 60 degrees at least. That way, you will be able to judge somewhat yourself.

The SDX7 is one of my favorite woofers. It does benefit from a fairly simple cone modification that increases its downward dynamic range and smooths out the response at the top of its passband (coincidently a result that Al measured).

I use 4 as support woofers for my Fonkens, and currently am using a single in a small cube to augment the Alpair 10 boxes currently in the system (and have 3 more cubes awaiting assembly)

I won't comment on the MTM, i'm not a big fan of dome tweeters and XOs in the range usually seem in MTMs or typical cone/dome speakers.
