I am thinking of giving the Environment Potentials EP-2050 Home Protection Waveform Correction Absorber a try. EP’s main guy Doug Joseph certainly talks a good game and seems to make the whole philosophy make sense. It seems to have gotten good reviews in the past and I know there are a handful of forum members using them. If you all could come out of the woodwork and share your experience with this unit, or the ep-2450 for that matter, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have the EP 2050, EP-2450, and the EP 2750 ground filter. The 2050 and 2750 are on the breaker box and the (2) 2450's are on my HT system and two channel rig. The 2050 isolates the house from "junk" on the line and from the other houses on the block. Any noise is stopped at the 2050 and sent back to the transformer on the pole. The 2750 ground filter cleans up any crossed up DC that may be on the ground leg. The 2450 isolates the system from the rest of the house.
My sound is clearer and the the black levels on my TV are blacker than before I installed the EP gear. In August 09 we bought a Wii and plugged it into the 2450. The TV went all fuzzy and we couldn't figure it out. So I unplugged the Wii from the 2450 and plugged it into the bottom wall receptical and the fuzz went away.
When we would get an electrical stom the tv and stereo would get a little messed up from lightning flashes. That hasn't happened since I installed the EP gear.
If you can swing it go for it!
Doug is a knowledgable guy and his products do work!
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply rodge827. Little confused. So you're wii had problems with the 2450 but not the 2050?

The 2050 is always in use being that it is connected at the breaker box.
The point I was making was that for some reason the Wii was causing a problem with the TV when plugged into the 2450. I have a 13 year old Sony XBR 36" CRT, cable box, reciever, dvd, and vcr all plugged into the 2450. When the Wii was taken off of the 2450 and plugged into the same duplex, in the lower receptical, the 2450 did it's job by isolating out the interferance.
