Upgrade Belkin PF60 for mid/low tier Furman

I don't really know much about power conditioners so I'll post this here. I'm thinking of upgrading my Belkin PF60 to a used mid tier Furman or mid/low tier new. Do you think the Furman would provide a noticeable increase in sound quality?

Maybe over the Belkin.  Which Furman were you looking at?  Many people on here have had great success with Furman.

something like the Elite 15i, 15DMi, or 15PFi. The conditioner will be used for all devices, TV, bluray, squeezebox, receiver, etc so one 15i might not work.

You could get everything you need to make several Felix's for the same price. I'd rather have them than Furman's. (Their ratings are pretty optimistic given that loads are not fully linear, like ever)
