Next week we will start shipping the new PC•4 MKII Passive Controller ($495).

PC•4 offers the ultimate transparency and sonic purity for the minimalist audiophile.
This new model features the highest grade components throughout... laser-trimmed ALPS Blue Velvet potentiometer, Grayhill hermetically sealed switches with gold over copper contacts, gold-plated Cardas RCA jacks, and heavy machined aluminum chassis, stainless steel hardware.

2 stereo inputs, 2 stereo outputs, #2 can be configured as "fixed" output to feed a recording device, etc.

Very nice Dusty.  This can also be used as a switchbox which is nice too.

Yes, set Output #2 to fixed and can be used as a simple input/mute switch.
