Interesting OB designs
« on: 2 Oct 2015, 09:53 pm »
Hi all,
Someone posted these Italian designs on the OB Facebook group. http://www.audiojam2.com/pagina_2_2.html
If you scroll down that page a bit there are two really nice looking complete designs. One uses 2 15" woofers and the other smaller design uses 2 10". Both uses the same 5" mid and 1" tweeter.
Both of these designs use Monacor drivers and I am wondering if there are Mcm or Dayton equivalents for those of us in the US? I would love to try one of these designs.
What do you guys think?

I agree, there are some beautiful and intriguing designs on that page. I've bookmarked it. I particularly like the 2-15 design near the top of the (long) page.

Hubba Hubba!  I really like the looks of this speaker.  Pseudo quad appearance.

hitsware, that's a nice looking (Sounding ?) OB.
Is it yours ?
What make - model is the driver ?
Is that something you made or bought ?
I hope I will get as many answers as my questions !

Thanks hitsware,
very interesting, but I am sure, definitely over my budget which is zero,
becaue I already have a set up that makes me happy,
but thanks anyway, alsways interesting to see something new and different.  :thumb:
