I have been told that the newer 4bsst sq "C" has the push type power button rather than the membrane. I prefer the push version. I know the pro model does.

Was there ever any thought of making the push-style power button on the SST2 series glow - say a soft white.  It's just that I had noticed, sometime back, that the SST2 C-Series Brochure has an image on the 2nd page and the back cover of the Bryston SST2 push button aglow in a while light - as in this image:

If the light was soft and dim enough, I think this would be quite a neat feature - perhaps for a future series...

If that ever happens maybe include an off button for the on button

Perhaps the image on the brochure was just a pure marketing idea - never a practicle thought.  I had seen the glowing ModWright buttons and thought they were way cool but I can see it getting in the way of focused, dim light listening....and dark studios.

I own a 4BBSST.  +1 on moving to push bottom power switches on all the new stuff.

How about a "power button" like this? Somehow it seems more fitting
