Title: 2b SST vs 2b SST C series, what's the difference?
Post by: timind on 4 Nov 2023, 03:34 pm
Question for Mr Tanner. What is the difference between the 2B SST2 and the 2B SSt C series amps? What exactly does the C represent? Thanks.

BTW, I'm loving my 2B SST.

Hi - the C just stood for a Consumer Faceplate rather than a Pro.

The SST2 is a later design of the SST.

Thanks James.

The 2B SST is a winner. While the new 2.5B3 is a little pricey for me, I'm going to be watching for a good deal on one.

I'm thoroughly enjoying my new-to-me 2.5B3.
