1 1/4 inch Diameter clear shrink

Can anyone tell me where I can find the 1 1/4" diameter shrink wrap that has been used to insulate the FT-3 Teflon caps? So far I have had no success in finding it.

Try McMaster-Carr. They have a huge selection of all types and sizes.
