Hello there everyone,
I'm very happy to have found this forum of like minded audio enthusiasts.
As a young guy, I worked at a couple of shops in sales and installations in the late 70s and early 80s. I've always enjoyed music and audio and great sounding gear. I still have my original big receiver from 1980, a Kenwood KR-8050 in nearly daily operation. I'm always messing with turntables and adding records to my small collection. Many are ones I've had since I was a kid.
Recently I've added a Raspberry Pi controlled DAC to my arsenal and that is actually very cool and sounds great.
I am just putting the finishing touches on a (new to me) magnepan MMG rebuild. That project has me now looking into Amplifier and preamp options on a fairly small budget.
