I saw a post or two lately with doubts about our favorite SB Server. Tonight I had several interrupts in my Squeezebox Server where my Touch did not respond and the re-scan is still pending. I stopped the rescan after 90 minutes repeatedly. Obviously there is something going on. Anybody else having issues?

Edit: Just finished troubleshooting a bad signal tube in my amp, and now this. Damn. Such an unrelenting hobby. :roll:

It only took me about 3 years to realize I would have been much happier moving to Eugene than Corvallis. Oh, well. Life goes on.

When I had mine and would scan sometimes the virus protection (it was a while ago and I forgot which product caused the issue) would interfere (slow it down or stuff would appear out of order) so I'd turn it off for the scan.

Interesting... I've been having some drop out/buffering issues all of a sudden over the past few days, and I believe there was just an update loaded. Coincidence?
Shutting down and restarting seems to have helped - for now.

I am having trouble with touching my SqueezeBox too. She is in Cancun.
I couldn't resist.

Whenever I experience issues (3 times a year maybe with the gear on 24/7), I always reboot everything.
Router, server, then player, then ios devices running iPeng.
Works for me.
