Hi All, looks like my last post was 2009, yikes! In 2010 my wife and I moved "back home" to Portland, OR from Tulsa. Frankly, I really liked Tulsa. Anyway, I used to be building OB stuff all the time. Loved the use of a 12" ElectroVoice (TRX or something like that?)! Now my system sits in a bedroom size "man cave" that was purpose designed: sound damping in all 6 walls / floor, etc., isolated dedicated power, some acoustical treatments, etc. But still, a 10 x 12 x 8' space. I'd love to get back into OB but not sure what direction to go. I gave away all my OB stuff in our last move. Now I have my version of a "4-pi" speaker (BR boxed JBL 2226, horn top end). I'm worried my space is too small. I also wonder what has evolved in the last 11 years. Help?
