That's where it starts.  Before you know it they're demanding silver-plated 6N OCC copper wire in Teflon/cotton insulation terminated with rhodium-plated OCC high copper alloy plugs just to connect their CD player to their amplifier.

So try cotton and creosote insulated solid core copper wire mined by hand in immigrant labor camps, from an NOS spool sourced from Bell Labs, then lovingly connected point to point from source to amp rather than with modern RCA connectors...
