Telefunken ECC82?
Wrinkled glass between the two micas only.
No diamond mark.
D getter.
Big sharp pins.
Ceramic bottom.
Nothing like a Telefunken but I think this is  a genuine Telefunken valve, believed made before 1953 as no manufacture will make fake and copy valves during that time, but who care?

Adrian - So, there's no difference between the second and third versions except for the date codes?  Then, why are they different versions?

Hi Itr317,you are absolutely right,I just try to listed all these different Date Code as most seller ask more money for the earlier version,so,some one can buy the RX1 version for less cash. One more thing forgot to mention, the eight edges version(1608 J4 To RX1 B5I) are the best sounding of the rest.

Hi FULLRANGEMAN ,Not a silly question,it was a tape to secure the base of the valve mostly on Military valves.
