those are pin protectors..disk that the pins fit into like a socket.

This is a factory item or a after market part??

Protectors?? It is to be used to storage the tube or on the amp usage??

Not sure it's a factory item  but some NOS tubes  comes with it for protect and storage, not on the amp usage
