I haven't decided how to get the 15in passive out the top-of cabinet.
Any idea which 12s I should replace with.

Why did you remove all the drivers? They can't all be bad......the upper passive only needs to come out if its outer ring has disintegrated.....What ever original drivers work and have good foam reuse them. If they just have bad rings, buy kits and fix em.

Are all 3 12" woofers the same?  Even if you think they are, I'd still label which is which, and reinstall them back to their original  correct positions.  The reason being, Brian Cheney seemed to often use midbass and bass drivers in his speakers, and it wasn't always visually apparent which were which?  Sometimes a midbass had smaller or magnets with less magnetic gauss.  Woofers might have dual magnets or different tuning, using added weight.  So, tread carefully, and document your project.  Notes and labels and pictures.  You'll probably need it.  Those are complex speakers.

Eminence are with great drivers currently both in 12'' and 15'':

Both are 100dB Neo magnet and inexpensive.

Not all 3 12s are the same. Just got 1 from my cousin in Cali. So just missing 1 of the orginal speakers.top 2 12s are the same bottom  1 is different. 1 have one original and one that is a replacement.  Going to really need help with rewiring or updating crossovers.

I usually buy capacitors from several sites.  I like both Sonic Craft and Parts Connexion, because they offer to test the capacitors for rated value, and they will provide matched pairs, if desired?  Parts Express, Madisound, and Meniscus are other good parts sources too.
