Steak tip kabobs, wine, a sundae, and now 15 hours of Wagnerian opera. Either this is a great life, or someone needs to shoot me. I'm not sure which.

A $1 find of 11 clean lps of the 1950 cycle at La Scala.

How does Flagstad sound on the set?  You got a great deal.  Speaking of ring cycles, I have been debating if I want this
engineered set or not.  :?

Only listened to side 1 so far, though vinyl looked clean, has some pops. I'm expecting a hand steamer to be delivered today or tomorrow to better clean the vinyl, then listen.

Nice pickup; I got mine earlier this spring but had to fork out $5.00 for it. You will enjoy it. After a while I almost forgot it wasn't stereo.
