Appreciation for Jason T. and Virtue Audio
« on: 12 Mar 2012, 08:04 am »
I live in the Netherlands and apparently 230v/50hZ generates nasty noises on the ONE.2

This week I had the pleasure of experiencing the service-level of Virtue Audio. Jason responds to email even faster than some of my best friends, comes with good advice and in the end is putting together a new ONE.2 for me.

At the moment I am responsible for organizing a service desk for a new product we are launching. Jason is an example of how I want our service desk to be operated: fast, do not make the customer responsible for the problem and ALWAYS come up with a solution that pleases the customer.

And of course I think that Virtue Audio-products should be in every home.
