The MASTERS on DirecTv April 9-12

Just thought I'd mention that this year, DirecTv has 10 free channels solely for The Masters coverage on April 9-12. The channels are 701-705 but there are duplicates of each channel for both standard definition and HD so no one misses out here. :thumb:

I don't have Direct TV, damnit.  Hoping there is extensive HD coverage on Time Warner Cable.  Haven't looked into yet.

May just work from home the next two-days and have it on in the background.   :thumb:

I do know that ESPN will have 3 hour delayed coverage from 8-11pm thursday/friday nites but it's not the same as having multiple channels following numerous holes. Channel 701 is a Mix Channel that will have split screen coverage of all the channels which by simply toggling to each screen will provide audio to that channel. I'm not a golf fan myself but I'm finding myself watching this just because it's available. DirecTv has been doing this with all the major sports events from tennis, golf,, even the Olympics. And it's always free, or maybe I should say there's no extra charges.  :lol:
