After my second attempt I found it:
https://en.royal-insulation.com/tercott-k

Its a brandname for kraft paper.
Interesting, this your link show TERCOTT® K
I have found TERCOTT® CB paper
https://www.toproyalisolantes.com.br/papeis-isolantes
TERCOTT® CB is a flexible insulator intended for use within the class B (130ºC), consisting of a dielectric paper support laminated with a polyester film. Indicated for isolation of electric motors (grooves and between phases), transformers.

Nominal thickness 0.18 / 0.20 / 0.25 / 0.30 / 0.35 mm
Width 980mm

Just found other types of Tercott:
Tercott PFP
Tercott FPF
Tercott FKF
Tercott Duplex
Tercott CB
Tercott C DRPB

Requested the PDF info, lets see if they will send.

Wow 0.05mm incredible thin lamination, this C core seems solid.
Dumb question: choke and interstage run in different positions but they are similar?

In a choke there is only a primary winding , a interstage is as a normal transformer and has primary and secondary winding. Just as the small diagram what you can see on the photo i posted.
Hmm the chokes are inductors  :thumb:
This your C core doesnt seem to be formed into slices as usual in a EI, would it be formed with layers?

Toroids and C-cores (this 0,05 mm too) are all winded as a roll tape. The toroid is round, the c-core oval and later they cut the oval core and the you have 2 C’s.
They can look solid but if you look more closer you see the individual laminations.
Interesting, that is a great solution, congratulation for your new line of transformers. The Tercott seller send me only the Tercott CB tech PDF, the disruptive voltage range from 6 to 10kV according the Polyester tickness film.

Can we please refrain from calling them 'trannies'.  I cringe every time I read that.

I like the more modern sound of tubes amplifiers: ultra clean, ultra smooth And dynamic, not the sound of an old ‘50 radio (which i like to but as a background )

I think tube amps could came with two OPTs, one small and musical other big and dynamic, it will be a success among audiophiles.

This size transformer is just what you need for a decent tube amplifier. Most transformers i see are to small and are not qualified for the job. Unless you like colored muddy sound ofcourse.
The “cover” is gaffer tape, just some extra protection, could be any tape.

I think we have similar likes.

Here is a link to the interstage article via the Wayback Machine: https://web.archive.org/web/20190720200318/https://www.ankaudiokits.com/agrove_interstage.html

I will read it in the next few days. Thanks!
