My father-in-law has given me a Bryston 0.5B stereo preamplifier and a Bryston 2B stereo amplifier along with a set of two Mc Intosh speakers.

We ask if it is possible to connect a Bluetooth device to the preamp. In the CD / AUX port.

What do I need to achieve this? Thank you.

Welcome to AudioCircle, Ricardo

Yes, you can do that. You might need a cable adapter from 1/8" to  RCA.

There are many inexpensive ones, and as richidoo mentions, they may only have an 1/8" stereo output jack and some are very cheaply constructed with average to low sound quality.  (Best Buy has several inexpensive BT receivers)

If you want to get a very nice one, you can look at the Audioengine B1 Bluetooth Receiver.  Solidly built with an aluminum case, nice panel mounted RCA jacks, AKM4396 DAC, extended 100ft range and also supports the aptX codec (if you happen to have a higher end Android phone or tablet with aptX - Apple products do not have aptX).  $189

You can also look at this article from The Wirecutter, Best Bluetooth Audio Receiver for Home Stereo that looked at 76 models!
