Title: Setting up your HT3's

Jim,

To make sure all HT3 owners are getting the most out of their speakers, do you have any tips or suggestions on setup?

For example, is there a minimum distance you recommend the listener be from the speakers?  What about the speakers' proximity to side and front walls?
