Tube monos on butcher blocks

I just purchased a pair of Carver tube mono blocks. They will sit on a pair of 18x12x4" thick maple butcher blocks that will be sitting on a carpeted floor with concrete under. What else should I be using with this combination? Something between the amps and the maple? Something between the maple and the carpet?

Four Tenderfoot isolation feet or Iso-Cups/SuperSonic Hardballs between each amp and maple block would be essential to bring out more of the amps' inherent potential.

Deluxe Superior Decoupling Spikes or Fat Gliders between each maple block and floor would be additionally beneficial, though with Tenderfoot or Iso-Cup isolation of the amps, the maple blocks would likely be just fine sitting directly on the carpet.

Damping instruments on the tubes are always beneficial, too.
