Next years AKfest date has been set for May 1st and 2nd, 2010 at the Sheraton Inn, Novi Michigan (Suburb of Detroit). Last year some 50 manufacturers exhibited their components and more are expected this year.

The Sheraton is a top notch affair. Certainly more room than the old site but I would venture the rooms will be similar in size. Grumpy's done a a nice job and this thing is slowly building up to be a major event and we can only see it getting bigger and better.

The Sheraton is essentially across the highway and up an exit from the old location.

Maybe I should plan a GTG for the out of town visitors?

Yes, the rooms are 13 x 18 this year for more room than last years event. It seems the event has grown over the years.
