Where do you buy consumer electronics here?

Where do you buy consumer electronics here?

For example, suppose I was interested in the Pioneer DV563, where would I go (web or B&M) to shop for it? What about Sony equipment?

I'm suspecting the answer is to import it from HK or Singapore, in which case, any recommendations?
