Any advice on a good receiver in the 500-600 range to power a HT set up  (6.9 fronts, 4.0 marble center, 3.0 drum rears) would be appreciated. I live in Jakarta, so internet companies other than Norh are unrealistic (i.e. Outlaw). I've got my eye on a Denon or perhaps the Yamaha 1400.

I prefer long interconnects and short speaker cables, so went Rotel 1066 prepro and LeAmpII power amps. Works well apart from some amp reliability problems that are being sorted out. I cant comment on applicability to Norh speakers, I am using Vandersteens. I am also in Jakarta, would be interested to hear how you go importing stuff here.
